Types of Pellets

Some pellet manufacturers use the compressed method and some use the expanded method to make the pellets.  A few do not contain any of some or any of the following ingredients.
  • soy
  • ​peanuts
  • wheat

Eating Problems

NOTE: Many birds will start eating healthier foods if they can see the food in full-spectrum lighting.  Birds can actually see nutrition in their food, with proper lighting.  In low light, they cannot even see in color.
