I've been happily adopted, but check below for a list of other sweet birds who need a home!

10/24 UPDATE from their Foster: I have been fostering these two sweethearts for several weeks and they are truly wonderful birds. They have healed well from the ailments they had when I found them in the parking lot. They are happy, healthy beautiful birds now. They wear their adorable Pigeon Pants well and are quite tame. Both are very handleable and will sit cuddled on your lap like feathered kittens. Their cooing is soft, melodic, and soothing to hear. If you are interested in adopting a pair of charming and easy going companion pets, please consider Tina and Tony! 9/14/10 UPDATE: We are doing GREAT! Tony's eyelids have been surgically corrected and both he and Tina are putting on weight and molting their old, tattered feathers and growing in nice, healthy new ones. Tina and Tony are a very devoted couple and Tina lays 2 perfect eggs about once a month (which we switch for fake eggs- pigeon birth control). This is a very sweet, small, mellow pair of pigeons that would enjoy living indoors or outside. They're easy going and quiet and adorable! You can see more pictures and read about them at www.RescueReport.org ------------------------ Hello- We're Tina and Tony, two Indian Fantails that got sick and were dumped in a vacant lot in Fremont. It was a cruel thing to do and we were very scared and hungry and thirsty and we were feeling really bad. We just huddled there together and then our fortunes reversed because we were rescued by a Mickaboo volunteer who is also a bird expert AND a vet tech- can you imagine?! She took tender care of us for two weeks and got us on the mend and now we're continuing our recovery with another foster. We still have a ways to go but we are definitely feeling better than we were! Stay tuned for updates on our progress.
