Hello. I'm an adult king pigeon and my name is Saffron. I was found wandering around as a stray on 4/25 and, after a couple of weeks at SFACC, MickaCoo Pigeon & Dove Rescue took me into foster care. They didn't really have room but I needed to get out of the small cage I was in and into a more pigeon-friendly coop with other birds. I'm very happy to be outside now with the wind and the sun and the moon and lots of pigeon friends. Next, I need to find a family and a home of my own.
