Hey there! My name is Matcha, like the powdered green tea. I'm a nanday conure who came into a shelter this June, so my history is a mystery. Mickaboo got me out and now I'm relaxing in my new foster home. My foster mom says that I'm a total sweetheart, and of course I am! I love to sit on shoulders, and if I could get headscratches that last forever, that won't be long enough for me.

I'm gentle but insistant with my beak if I don't want to do something, so my foster mom says I have good manners. I do have a conure voice and I do use it, but if you don't mind a little bit of loudness, I've got a lot to offer as a new best friend. Plus, they say that green tea is really good for you!
