Hi hi hi! I'm Kiwi, a very friendly Sun Conure who loves to bird talk, and hang out with people, and swing on my swing.

I was surrendered to Mickaboo because I totally LOVED my human Dad but didn't like his wife - and she was the one who had time for me. They didn't feel it was fair for me to spend all day in my cage waiting for Dad to come home, especially because he didn't have a lot of time for me when he was home.

I'm now in a Mickaboo foster home waiting for someone to adopt me into a forever home. I should tell you though, I'm one of those Sun Conures that lives up to the LOUD reputation. I love to call out and celebrate the fact that "I AM A CONURE!" Maybe in time I'll learn to use more of an inside voice, since humans don't seem to be too keen on my Sun Conure voice, but we'll have to wait and see on that! I also have a bit of a foot thing and I require those nice comfy rope perches instead of wood ones. Hey who would not want to sit on those nice comfy things all day?
