Hello out there. Mickaboo says that the biggest mystery of all is that people turn in small, healthy birds to animal shelters. Why is that? We don't eat very much, and we make sweet little bird noises all day. Even if we bite (ahem!), we have little beaks -- how much damage can a budgie do? Oh well, I guess life has to have a few mysteries.

I was turned in to an animal shelter and then Mickaboo came and rescued me and now I am hanging around with another little budgie. We're waiting for someone to want us and give us a forever home. My foster dad taught me to sit on his finger and he would talk to me. That's fun! I'd like a new forever home with someone that wants me to sit on their finger -- I think that note says I prefer men, but that's because my foster dad is so good to me. I really like everybody, if you give me a chance.
