Cindee is yet another lucky shelter bird that Mickaboo was able to take in. She came to us pretty run down and exhausted. Cindee is plucked around her neck but hopefully with a loving foster home and improved diet her feathers will soon begin to grow in. She is skittish and scared of hands at this point in time; pretty normal for a cockatiel who was lost out in the world, taken to the shelter, the vet....so many new faces and places! Cindee does love to be talked to ..... she will probably tame down quickly with a loving human who has the patience to work with her. She is a really great eater! Cindee will try just about anything you put in her food dish: apple, greens, shredded carrot, organic pumpkin and oatmeal!
