Hello, I'm Shay and I'm a pretty yellow cockatiel of the lutino color variation. I was found outdoors by a very kind woman who noticed that I wasn't doing too well out there and called Mickaboo for me. Mickaboo got me some medical care by a certified avian vetetrinarian followed by a little supportive foster care. I'm doing quite well now and ready to find my forever home!

I was a bit shy when I first got into foster care but am becoming bolder and more outgoing all the time. I have become friends with another foster bird here, Jordan the cockatiel, and we like exploring things together. While I am learning about new and interesting foods I must admit that an occasional millet spray is still my all-time favorite.

I will do best in a home with cockatiels for me to be friends with and human companions who will give me the space I need to build up my trust in people again. I'm a sweet lady in waiting and I will make a great friend and companion for the right person -- maybe you?
