UPDATE: Hi, I'm Brenda, the yellow budgie in this picture. The blue budgie was my friend, Bluebell, who died a little while ago. So now I'm on my own.

We don't know why people bring beautiful happy birds to the animal shelter. But someone left us at a shelter. Most shelters don't really have the space or knowledge to keep birds, so we are just happy we were left at a shelter that knows about Mickaboo. We're living in a very nice foster home, hanging out with other budgies (budgies are flock birds, y'know -- so we're always happy to socialize). But what a waste!
