Harpo lost the fight to survive yesterday. When his vet said that his suffering had become too great and there was no hope of recovery, we let him go.

Hi, I'm Harpo. I may not look real perky today, but I have all of the stamina and energy of any little budgie. But right now, I'm trying to use all of my energy to get better. I'm almost completely blind and I don't feel really great right at the moment. But we budgies are very very tough, and I really do want to get better. It would be really nice to have a nice safe home to get better in. My foster mom is very nice, but a home of my own would be the best.
