I'm a young king pigeon named Ellie after the SF street I was found on- Ellsworth. Luckily for me, a rescuer spotted me- this is how she tells it: "I came home late last night and found a beautiful king pigeon sitting amongst swirling garbage on the side of the road. I took her home, made her a house in a small dog crate (cozy) gave her quality dove & quail food and water and a bed of alfalfa hay." She was kind enough to care for me until MickaCoo Pigeon & Dove Rescue was able to make room for me and now I'm in a nice big foster coop, growing up and doing fine and looking forward to being adopted and given a forever home.
