Peridot and Sunny are 3 and 4 year old budgies (picture only shows Peridot) both of whom are friendly and social with humans and each other. Peridot will sit on your hand, if you are holding a treat! Sunny is a little shyer. They wboth enjoy afternoon flights (in a safe room of course!), and return to the cage with minimal coaxing. This healthy, pretty and well behaved pair is bold in the presence of larger birds, so be careful when planning their out-time. They are high energy, vibrant and easy to handle! These two birds have lived with Diamond for two years, and like most budgies would probably be happiest as a flock, so take three, they're small! Notice: Due to the highly social nature of parakeets, unless a household currently includes a parakeet, Mickaboo generally requires that a minimum of two parakeets be adopted. Print this page |
