Hello- I am a lovely Indian Fantail/feral cross that was shot and almost killed. I was taken to SJACS and then, when MickaCoo was too full to help me (what a heartbreaker that is!), MickaBOO rescued me! So I am a VERY lucky bird that not only dodged death by shotgun but then just barely escaped being euthanized at the shelter. I've had buckshot removed from my shoulder and my other wounds (foot, leg, wing) are also healing. I'm doing very well considering! I've been named Jasper and not only do I have lovely feathery feet, but I have a big, lush tail too. I'm happy to be alive and now I need a home. Thank you!
