Juno is just a baby; only 4 months old. She was surrendered to us because her owner could not afford the surgery that she needed. She had a laceration behind her vent. Juno's surgery went very well and she is doing wonderfully! She just finished up her meds and will be going in for a re-check in the next week. She will not be available for adoption for several months as her surgery site is an area that takes some time to fully heal. Juno loves to play with her toys and has a hearty appetite. Please check back in a few months (October or so) to see how she is doing. Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted. Print this page |
