Hiya! Cozmo girl here- I've had another change in my life unfortunately. Things just didn't work out at my adoptive home. At first I really liked it there but they had big dogs which jumped on the sliding door by my cage which scared the bejesus out of me so I began to pluck again. I have not begun to mutilate my chest, like before-so that is a good thing. With some peace and quiet and a little lovin' I will probably recover from the stress I was experiencing. When I got to my new foster home I stepped right up and gave my new mom a kiss! I prefer dad a little more, but I still like my new mom too. I really, really want a forever home- I don't like this moving around and around- can you provide a nice place for me to live out the rest of my years? One last thing- please remember that it is important to take your parrot to an avian vet. At my previous home the veternarian wanted to...gulp-EUTHENIZE me- just because I began to pluck again. Horrors! Anyway I just felt a need to add that tidbit of info on here for anyone reading the cockatoo stories. Whew I was lucky. Now I just need a new place to perch. Notice: Due to the notoriously difficult nature of cockatoos, Mickaboo prefers that cockatoos not be a households' first parrot.
