Hi, my name is Rowk (pronounced rock), the team that rescued me from the shelter named be after a combination of Rocky because I'm such a tough little fighter and Hawk because I was attached by a hawk. Mickaboo doesn't know a whole lot about me except that a very nice man found me after my attack and dropped me off at the shelter then discovered Mickaboo and called to tell the nice people there about my plight. Once I was released from the shelter a really sweet volunteer came and picked me up and took me home where I was given lots of good food to eat. From there I was taken to the vet where they treated me for puncture wounds from the mean old hawk. Thanks to the nice vet I'm all healed up and ready to go to my forever home. Notice: Cockatiels are flock animals, and most of them are much happier when they live with at least one other cockatiel! Because of this, unless a household currently includes another cockatiel, Mickaboo usually requires that a minimum of two cockatiels be adopted. Print this page |
