Maxi's foster Mom says She's a sun conure and is doing extremely well. She is very comfortable with her foster mom and is very sweet. She eats well, attempts to talk, and does a great conure screech. Maxi is very cuddly and workable. It is obvious that she has been very loved by her original people and is a great bird. She wants to talk, but only mouthes words. She has a good conure screeching ability, though. Maxi has bonded with her foster buddy, Dusty, and the two of them would like to be adopted together.
I'm Dusty, a Dusky conure. I'm a sweet bird with a lot of love to give to the right person. My former human had to give me up because he's in school and just couldn't give me the time I needed and deserved. I eat Harrisons pellets and frozen vegetables with some seed treats too. I can say a few human words and I hardly ever nip anymore. Sometimes I get excited and forget, but I am learning!
