This is a Free Bird Care Class for all!

This class is free (although donations are appreciated) and is open to the general bird-loving public. Everyone interested in fostering or adopting a bird from Mickaboo must attend our class on bird care prior to receiving a bird.   BONUS:  this class will coincide with a bird adoption fair held at For Other Living Things, in the same mall!

This class's size is limited to 15 attendees, so please RSVP to class@mickaboo.org.

• Proper avian care
• Proper avian diet
• Symptoms of illness and first aid
• General husbandry
• Taming and training
• And much much more...

We have bird care classes scheduled throughout the Bay Area. For those who cannot attend a class in person, we occasionally schedule phone classes.

Register: To reserve your spot for a class, email class@mickaboo.org with the location and date of the desired class in the subject line. If you want to adopt a cockatiel (for example), please say so in the email.
