Hello there! I`m Elvis, and I was surrendered with my pal Oreo because I had a massive eye infection. I`m not the prettiest bird, but I am friendly, I step up and like to shoulder surf and whistle and talk. I eat a variety of foods, including pellets and veggies.

I only have vision in one eye. Oddly enough, it`s the eye that had the infection, which is healed. My other eye has a cataract.

They say that I am around twenty, but I still have a lot of life left in me. I need to be adopted with my pal Oreo, but he also steps up and whistles and talks.

If you`re looking for two birds to keep you company, ask for El and Oreo. We`d love to become your friends.

In nature, cockatiels live in large flocks. A single bird in a cage spends much of his/her life being lonely because humans have things they must do that take them away. We therefore will only adopt a single cockatiel to a household if there is already at least one cockatiel living there. Otherwise, cockatiels must be adopted in groups of two or more.
